ok, my short game needs some help. first, my disc always wobbles and falls before it hits the chains, or it will hook around the basket entirely if it dosent flutter. second, people have been telling me that i am "falling putt", something about 33 feet away from the basket. what is a falling putt and how do i fix that?

If you're disc is wobbling, you're not getting enough spin on it. Read the putting articles on here for a sound technique, and practice...and practice some more.
A falling putt is when you step forward on a putt that is less than 30 feet. In tourney/league play, you need to control your balance and not step forward. Outside of that distance it doesn't matter.

wobble is caused by an unclean release. work on getting all of your fingers to leave at the same time.
a legal putt inside 32.5', you must display balance before you move either foot past your marker.
