merrell pantheon, looking for the scoop.

I've got the non gore-tex Pantheon and they're alright. They don't wow me at all, but they get the job done. The sole of the shoe is pretty thin so you feel a lot of what you're walking on and the heel is just noticeably higher than the toe area. I wouldn't buy them again, personally. They fit fine though, I just like other shoes better.

The sole starred ripping off of them in a week. Since they're merrells, I know they will replace them, but it will happen again. Right where I rotate on my foot, there is a spot where foam comes into the sole. I don't want to keep getting new shoes and sending them right back. So my advice would be to steer clear of this style of merrells.
