Man, I feel like all the old men in this sport are going to laugh at me and tell me to STFU and get over it, but this is actually kind of weird.
I've been experiencing, (feels really old) hip pains.... Now I'm in my mid 20's and I know I shouldn't be experiencing hip problems. But, coming from an athletic background and I've never had a problem perse with my hips. But, when I'd ride a roller coaster that you sit in, or anything that presses me against my hips with some force, it always felt like my hip would almost pop out of socket. Now, I've been struggling with what Blake Refers to as Jamming my hip when throwing. Due to stepping to far forward, and not bending my knee enough to help in getting weight forward. Now, this isn't a real "hip pain". Unless it's after I've been throwing for extended periods of time, or after many many rounds. (Mostly during field practice.) Then it sometimes feels a bit sore, but It's more of when I move certain ways, or bend over, get up, or sit down, twist or stuff like that certain ways it feels like my right hip needs to pop, and often does. Feeling much better, but I know this can't be good, and I'm not sure as to why it's like this. Any insight as to this odd condition or is everyone's hips like this? I'd assume not, but well we know what assuming gets us.
