I lost my leg in a motor bike accident (below the knee) about 4 years ago. I have never let anyone tell me a can't so anything because of this. I refused to use a crutch or wheelchair (some people actually tried to persuade me to do this). I can now run faster than I ever could. I am fitter than I ever was and I do not have a limp. My wife and I have recently discovered disc golf and we love it.

Awesome, dude, and welcome. There is a tourney player here with half a leg missing too. Doesn't seem to cause any problems for his game, he's good!

There is a one-legged disc golfer at DeLaveaga named Jacob. Nothing slows him down, he's an ace machine.
