What to throw during recovery

I put what I'm assuming is a small tear in my tricep about a week and a half ago. I want to try throw again, just don't know what to throw. Whittler hurt my arm last tuesday...

Anything that doesn't hurt. Your body gave you pain for a reason. Listen to it.

In the meantime a cycle of icing and stretching, icing and stretching, icing and stretching. If this does not quickly help then you have something more serious.

Went out today and threw mids. Nothin past 150, Lots of nose up stall shots and messed around with my new approach discs.
