Is there a plan to standardize the tournament structure year to year to improve scheduling? Rochester had a fantastic A-tier last year and the pros said they were excited to come back again next year, however, the schedule completely changed and they only can run a B-tier this year.

Finnish Frisbee Association did a member survey about what the future and the vision of the association should be. The governing body is at work and has already published what they've come up with so far. Are there similar plans to gather ideas and feedback from everyone even remotely connected to disc golf to do the same to improve the state of things globally? Have the Finnish results been looked at in the PDGA?
