What do these words mean?

I love to play. I do decent. I live in southern california. I always hear these players saying: hyzers, anhyzers, turnover, flex....what do these mean exactly?

RHBH/LHBH: Right/Left hand backhand
Hyzer: for RHBH players this mean when a disc goes to the left(exact oppsite for LHBH players)
Anhyzer: for RHBH players when a disc goes right(Exact oppsite for LHBH players
Turnover: to make a disc go the oppsite direction of its usual end of flight path
Flip: when a disc needs to turn right for RHBH players.

flex: when the disc fades off our out of a turn (left for rhbh)

hyzer: when you throw disc thrown with outside edge (edge away from hand) is lower
anhyzer: thrown with outside edge up.

you can throw anhyzer an have the disc travel left, and have a disc thrown with hyzer travel right. hyzer and anhyzer refers to the release angle

Those are great explanation. I believe flex is the same as helix and S, right?

What I dont understand on these shots: should I purposely turn it over? Or should I throw and the disc flip then fade back?

Flex is the action of a flipped disc turning to fade.

I think you are correct in saying that a flex shot is the same as a helix. The flex shot is an overstable disc thrown anhyzer and nose up that fades and stalls.....I think.
