I am an elemntary school teacher, and I have started showing my kids how to throw discs. Last tuesday we had our firs foray into disc golf and they loved it! Even taught them etiquitte and the golf clap. Total success! My question is does the EDGE program still exist? I teach the poorest of poor that happen to live 20 miles from four grat courses. Any thoughts on how to support this?

Yes it does still exist
http://www.edgediscgolf.org/ I have asked for donations before for discs to use with Kids I mentor and that has worked well. You may want to see if there is a local club that may be willing to donate some plastic and possibly some time to come and help with DG classes on the course.
