Can someone give me a primer on flexing discs to add or decrease overstability?

not many discs will get more stable though. alot of the time you just soften the plastic by any bending an make the disc less stable, it depends on how bending the dis effects the wind, wether it pulls the wing up or down.

I've found it to work on most discs, with the ones it doesn't work on usually are certain blends of DX that just stretches the plastic, instead of bending it.

How much should I bend? Do I straight bend it in half? How long do I need to hold in the bent position? I know it seems simple when you know how to do it but I'm hesistant to do anything without knowing exactly what to do as I don't want to F up a good disc.

Whenever I bend mine it's always for understability. If you want a more stable disc throw a different disc. I just fold it in half, about 2 inches of bend from center on both sides and rotate and keep bending. Make sense?. I only do it right before I throw and usually only on straight and anhyzer holes. I bend the disc into my grip too. When I release the bend my grip feels stronger and like it has more rip potential. Or so I think, and do it every time.
