I figured Moser had a good chance because he's having a great year (9 wins including 4 A-tiers) but his first round was a 67. He's going to have to make up some ground with that start.

Obviously Anthon is sitting pretty on top with his amazing 57. It was great to see fellow Pennsylvannian Joey Mela light it up with a 59.

And don't count Brinster out with his first round 61.

Schweb will definitely be in the mix along with the usual suspects Doss, Jenkins and Schultz.

I'm a little surprised Matty O didn't do better the first round. Then again Sprague, Skinner, Horne and Myers did rather poorly in round 1 also.

Skinner and Myers just rebounded in round two. Skinner went from a 1st round 86 to a 2nd round 66 and Myers went from 81 to a 62 today!

Shultz and Mela the only golfers to go bogey free yesterday. I'm hoping the old man technician can continue to hang with Barry today.

How bout Deano. Isn't he an Alabaman also? I shot with Dean Tannock once at Laurel Springs, NC in 1994. He had a super hot first round also.

I'm hoping for a win by McCray. He deserves it after that gaffe while he was on the lead card at Worlds.

also, if you look at matts score breakdown, the only reason he had a bad 1st round was the 11 he took on 1 hole. that will ruin anyones day. but he can come back from that no prob.

HOLY SHIT!!!!

Jim Conrad took a 3 on hole 5!!! only time that has ever been eagled!

It's lookin' like it's gonna be Barry again but there is still a lot of golf left.

Barry is tearing the course apart! -10 through 12 holes He looks like he's positioning himself to bring home another ring.

Brinster is also on fire with -9 through 12 holes. Josh has been giving up a lot of ground. He four putted a hole to make double bogey.

Mela is doing alright. He had a double bogey but has three straight birds since then.
