We need to come up with a signal that you can flash to the camera so we know you're thinking about us.

I would almost care to wager that even in doubles, pushing a 41 on the darkside will be huge for the clash crew.

2006 MSDGA is pretty good. Lots of material there...skins and stuff. They do a good job of catching you up to the action and are not planting the camera on one or two holes. You get a good feeling for the whole course. Sometimes the commentary gets a little overexcited but...
The other one I think is quite good depending upon what you prefer is the Japan Open 2006. Really good camera angles and not too much commentary - they just let the players play. The guy's voice is kind of hypnotic when he does talk (which is weird) but it's understated and leaves you wanting to hear more. Beautiful course and you can tell that the players are loving being there. The pre final interviews are pretty funny though. I think they all act pretty freaked out and no one seems to know what to say.
AVOID the 2007 Worlds. I was there so I got the DVD hoping to see myself (nope). It is BBBAAADDDD. They get pretty rooted to one hole, although they do show others, but there is no continuity. Who is the commentator?! Where did they get him? And what's with all the stupid graphics?
If you are going to make a DVD skip the graphics and get the extra camera angle. And don't worry about commentary - unless you can get the Japan Open guy.
Today was good. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one.

the Grange is a private residence with 2 disc golf courses. The Sunny Side and the Darkside. Sunny has a few more open holes and long holes, dark side is mostly woods and holes in the 240-300' range. Lots of elevation change to move a 250' to 300' power or 300' to 330'+.

Both courses are challenging and the atmosphere is great. Relaxed and lots of fun.

They have monthlies as well as glow on friday nights.

It's one of the best disc golf places just because it's not over run and the people that go are typically disc golfers and/or friends of disc golfers.

There is also an 18 hole tiki course - all holes 100' or less, all par 2.

If you go through Virginia - Fredericksburg is a great place with The Grange and Loriella so close together.

Has anyone seen the Clash Minnesota Majestic DVDs? There are good players, and courses I want to see them play, but I can't decide whether or not to buy the DVDs without hearing some feedback from someone who's seen them. I did that with the Clash Hornet's nest, and I wish I'd skipped that one.

Has anyone seen the Clash Minnesota Majestic DVDs?

Is it filmed out of order / with a single camera / with only Billy commentating like the Vibram open?

It's a shame they're doing that at Pine Oaks instead of the Greenway (though I haven't played Pine Oaks and I hear the redesign of it is quite good), Greenway is a fantastic course and would make great video.
