Favorite Disc Golfer?

Postby Rob » Mon Jan 15, 2007 6:53 pm

I know disc golf is one of those sports where you can kind of root for everyone. But im sure most of you have a couple players you like the most for whatever reason. So who is your favorite disc golfer?

Id say my favorites Steve Brinster because hes a local who i get to play with now and then so of course im rooting for him the most. I also like young guns Cale Leiviska and Greg Barsby being only 19 myself. What about you guys?

Will Lewis, Dan Gualdoni & Chris Hysell. Haven't seen any of the big open pros, but these guys are so skilled and incredibly generous with their time and knowledge.

Winnipeg Dan,

A really cool local guy, has a great atittude, really fun to play with, kicks everybodys ass, and never rubs it in. He can beat you and make you feel good about it. Just a great all around golfer.

Did a 30 state golf road trip in a toyota Yaris...you know he is hardcore.

Tim Walsh. He is a local pro around NEFA land who is the MAN. He is so nice to everyone, and he makes golf look so effortless. Plus, he's on my team (team buffumville) so that makes me root for him even more.
Of the well known pros I like the Borg, love to watch that amount of consistency and his beyond belief putting.(DVD watching only for me)

ive only ever seen the top pros play on video, but from watching the 2006 msdgc i like Chris Sprague, he has a very smooth effortless style, plus he throws with both hands.

Feldberg and Avery Jenkins are also cool to watch.
