Schusterick's ACE at 2011 Worlds

Postby cruz duck » Wed Sep 21, 2011 10:25 am

A video of Will Schusterick's Ace at 2011 Worlds with commentary from Nate Doss:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5NJiDMoV ... ideo_title

btw - They have footage of the semi-finals complete with Nate's commentary that they plan to release. They got Nate in the studio in the week following the Worlds. Nate remembered every shot and what he was thinking on that shot. Plus he has commentary on his playing partners.

How does not a 1 in the scorecard not count?
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

Hah, I was thinking the exact opposite...Nate Doss makes it look so easy, like any Joe Blow can win championships!!!
He is a well tuned machine when the putts are falling.

Nate is truly a natural. But he is also most definitely a professional, and represents the sport incredibly well. Great guy, and gentleman and a scholar.

Well if you need to shout out in caps that you are a tourneyplayer, maybe you lack a few details :-) Climo said in a recent interview, that it is difficult to keep up with the young kids, when they throw sidearms and he has tried to learn it for a couple of years. Things are changing.

The mods found out that my nick was my initials and changed it to capitalized letters from the way i had written it. I also thank you not for the mindless drivel. An ace is an ace even if it started as a roller. Just ask Barsby.
