New PDGA Technology Director

I worked with Steve Ganz last year, on the 2011 Pro Worlds website. Hiring Steve is the best decision PDGA ever made, I think we can all look forward to dramatic improvements at PDGA.com in the coming years.

I really don't know how to respond to PDGA news not posted in a mocking way by someone other than Vegan Ray...

Nah, that's not it. That sounds like a lulzy BroD line. You gotta get mean and nasty to convey VR.

Spoken like a true bitch, but I would expect nothing less.

Hi, Ray. Did you hear that the PDGA has a new Technology Director? I was wondering what you thought of that?

Though he is semi-local to me, I know not a thing about the fellow (other than what I read in the press release & the fact that his surname summons the image of a majestic, mushroom-shaped, purple dong helmet every time I hear it), so I have no opinion. Considering the current tragicomically woeful state of their IT, it is almost certainly an improvement, but only time will tell…

Any thoughts on the PDGA stooping to Gateway-level tactics by holding a Women's logo contest instead of hiring an artist to design it?

Can you elaborate more on the dong helmet?

i met steve for the first time this past summer and have the pleasure of serving with him on the loco dg club board. one thing i can say about steve is that his heart and passon are in right place. he's also a tech guru and given freedom to implement the necessary changes i have no doubt he will have a positive impact on the PDGA.
what would willie do?

I believe my position on the devaluation of design by such insulting strategies has been aired - and spiritedly debated - in the past. Consider yourself prerubed.
