Hey guys, I have a question that I've been embarassed to ask, what does it mean to "disc up or disc down." I'm not sure what that means. Go to a faster disc? or does it have to do with stability?

discing up = throwing a longer disc, similar to the clubbing up in ball golf (e.g. moving from a 5-iron to a 3-iron).
discing down = throwing a shorter disc. generally when you are going for a shorter disc you are also going for a slower disc.

Good thing I asked. I had no clue (never played ball golf). I have my discs organized by stability. Maybe I should sort them again.

i generally have mine separated in groups by range and then the stability within the range. although it doesn't really matter as long as you know your discs.

I know you used the term during your article about playing wooded courses.
