Finnish Frisbee association (mainly disc golf) will set up a committee this year and the participant search ends on Jan. 25th that will begin working on youth training program. And if possible seek for government grants to arrange long term activity for kids and if possible a summer camp. What is your advice and could you please email them your experiences and advice?
www.frisbeeliitto.fi On that site in the middle is an article about that recruitment process and the email for Kiril Häyrinen who has been active in advancing development of training programs.
I have taught kids informally and as a part of elementary school PE class as an outsider and things can get pretty wild. The teachers prefer as little speech and as much throwing on the part of the students so allowing only one kid to throw at a time is not possible. Once kids get excited about throwing=immediately it is an instant crossfire and danger moment despite what i've said in advance about everyone throwing in one direction only and not when somebody is in front of them. Kids cannot understand how much their throws can hurt others. How do you keep things safe in that kind of session?
How did you become such a great putter? How do you train now and when you rose to the elite of putters?
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
