Can you tell us about how you use the hips twisting the upper body right and how do you train for that power, speed, timing and stretching wise?
Finnish players who have seen you drive have commented that nobody twists the hips as fast as you do. My reply has been that Markus Källström might be even faster but partially thanks to bracing so hard with the right leg. At times he has a dead stop in the plant step. Can you compare your form to his in hows and whys and the end results?
How and when do you brace and then relax the right leg muscles in the final step of the x step?
What do you think of the way that David Wiggins Junior used the right foot in the in the world record. Landing on the left side of the foot not pivoting but rolling onto the right side and hopping forward in the follow through?
Are you planning to use Blizzard discs to get the distance record?
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.
