Meditation can be as simple as taking about 15-20 minutes out of your day, finding a quiet room, comfortable place to sit for that time, focusing on one simple object in your mind like a disc... bringing out all the details of that disc such as color, feel and just focusing on that for 15-20 minutes. Focusing on just one object while drowning out any distractioning thoughts or sounds not associated with your object of focus.
Not only does meditation help you relax, it also helps you focus more on everyday routines including playing disc golf.
Another tool for consistency I recommend is working out with resistance bands. I know they have the "equalizer" that they sell on disc golf websites for about 20 dollars. You can go a little cheaper from this website,

For starters I would recommend the heavy(red) band, you would also need the clip-tube handle. The tube comes with an end that can be worked in the door. If you go the equalizer route, they include a list of exercises as well as what they benefit.
