when you do your calf stretches hold them for at leats 30 seconds putting more pressure as you go. Butterfly strettches usually get this muscle if you can pull your feet in tight enough. That is what usually helps me the most. Also playing one foot and leaning to the opposite side with the side of the foot on the ground helps also.
