There's a guy I play with quite often that plays ultimate every week. He's got the best "finesse game" I've ever seen. The way he can air bounce a putter is not only fun to watch, but is very useful when you can control it the way he does. I've tried working on it in a field with a bunch of putters, and I still can't get the hang of it. His form reminds me A LOT of Ken Jarvis. Everytime I watch the 2003 NT video, I can't help but notice the similarity.
Practice, practice, practice. Especially with players that are better than you. It's one of the only ways to learn new things.
