forum broken?

over the past few days I have had some problems with the forum. At least twice a day it becomes unreachable, giving the page cannont be displayed error. and starting yetsterday the new topic/post alert icons are not showing up properly. everything new retains the icon until I log out and back in, even if i read it, even if I posted it and no one else has replied. anyone else having this problem?
