Sluggish response?

Sluggish response?

I've noticed for the past two days that when I go to a new thread it seems to take longer to open up. This happens here and on IowaDG.com. I believe they have the same phpBB software. I thought that maybe I needed to delete my temporary internet files and cookies but that had no effect. Do any of you computer whizzes have any thoughts?? Thanks in advance for any replies.

I found the issue. I had just loaded a .flv player so I could watch some player videos. For whatever reason it was dragging down the websites.
