Could someone post some type of newbie guide for the technique forums? just some threads that will give some people of frequently asked questions, OAT Throwing Backhand, Sidearming, Just the usual stuff that people ask in the tech sections?

You don't need a sticky for anything seeing as the thread pages only go back to nearly 40. Go back and read something from the beginning. Not only will you get the answers to your questions but you will understand the whys and hows as well.
