I know there are a few guys on this board that throw the Condor. This is just a heads up to let you know that the new run is now available. I just bought three from Wrightlife.
Does anyone know of any other online retailers that has the Condor in stock?

I was interested in picking one of these up for MTA. I've never tried it,but this disc sounds like a good one to start with. Are all of the new run Condors 180-200 grams? Isn't that a bit heavy for MTA?

You'll want one at 140 or below for MTA I'd think. Wrightlife seems to be about the only store that's received any of the new run so far. You could send them an E-mail.
There's a 136 gm on Ebay "buy it now" right now but it's $25 shipped.
The three I just bought from Wrightlife came to a total of $30.57 shipped.

Thread necromancy, yay!
So anyway, got a 167 Condor today (would have like either a ~140 or closer to 200 gram one but no-one has them) and damn if it isn't the most fun I've had with a disc in a while. =)
Whenever I throw one of these discs I get a strong urge to start buying all sorts of 80's and early 90's vintage discs and make a bag out of them.

MTA Condors should be very light (135g or so). Even at that weight, they are really only the best MTA performers in high winds. Stick with the tried & true 100-ish gram FB6 or FB3 for MTA in "normal" conditions.

That said, I have a few MTA Condors, if anyone is interested.

I use 195+ Condors, the new dx-run is really great, they have a pro-plastic feeling.

Funny enough...Innova just did a custom hotstamp run of Condor's for the OD Tour Finals at Screamingheads.
Yes, the course is exactly as it sounds. Can you find the basket?

jubuttib, have you seen what Dave Greenwell can do with a Condor... prepare to be amazed.
keltik, I've petted a Jaguar during a round a couple months ago and though I've never thrown one by the looks of it I'd say it counts. I wanted to give it a roll but the dude lost it before I had the chance. Cool thing was a woman in that group had a Condor in her bag.
I saw where Clearwater had 'em on sale for $8. The guy who won Adv. Am Masters last weekend had one and promised to let me roll it after our round but he locked his keys in his car so I didn't get the chance.

I have.
Please let us know when you learn to consistantly roll it further than you can air one out on long fairway shots. There's always a long hole or two on just about every course that I've got no chance of reaching.

This is going to sound like blasphemy but I don't want to roll my Condor... It's too pretty! I like watching it soar in the skies!
If I can nab a 200g Condor I'll start rolling it.
