I'm down for some Anode's with DGR stamp! New or Old!

So, will there be an overstable putter called the Cathode?

Ion + Rhyno-ish top + flat nose = cathode

Who knows
Question - does the bullet-shaped nose of the Ion contribute negatively or positively towards its stability? And any word of the Anode having the same general profile?

The Anode's specs are almost identical to the Ion except without a bead... so hopefully the profile will be similar if not the same.

inb4 someone calls this "advancing the technology"
Looks neat I'm sure a lot of people will like it. My only gripe is that it's taken them this long to release a beadless ION.

It's taken them pretty long to release anything, they clearly like to make sure everything is in working order before doing anything drastic like releasing a new disc.

Yeah guys.... damn them for not releasing 6+ inconsistently molded discs each year...

Ditto, but i'd like to see the next disc in that category. Also, if it's an Eagle-esque driver then forget it. I'll pass it over, there's a million molds out there like the Eagle. A straighter flying disc, that can handle the same amount of HSSpin or more, than the Teebird though? Now that's something that would make me shit my pants.

Discspeed mentioned once that the guys at MVP think there might be bigger benefits to get in drivers than in putters. I tend to agree.

I'm ready to see a driver. IMO, we'll see the most benefit from the overmold in a straight, teebird like driver. Eagle + gyro = a disc for closet teebird fans. All its going to do is make the disc straighter. You lose what makes the eagle an eagle.

throwing the disc straight makes it straighter
