I got a flat one and a domey one. The domey one really is like a seasoned up teebird. Really straight and really easy to shape a line. The flat one is like an eagle. Very hss and strong healthy fade. Kinda like a seasoned banshee. Both fly well in the wind.

I'm going to do a Legacy Ace Run with this disc in January, interest is very high.

This disc sounds good but I've been throwing Teebirds for so long I'm not in a big hurry to try these out. Legacy has a full disc line-up and a great selection of plastics, I think this is going to be a good year for them.

I'm going to do a Legacy Ace Run with this disc in January, interest is very high.

I am running the Ace Race here in Minnesota in March. Being that it is the first one out here, I am hoping to ride that interest as well. It looks like we are going to use the Patriot instead of the Rival. Considering the course we are using, the Patriot is likely going to be the better choice. The Rival seems to be better for parking shots with precision than necessarily taking ace runs from short distances. Either way, I really like my Rivals and look forward to getting my Patriots this week.

The plastic is on the stiffer side with a grippy surface. I just got in my sparkle proto patriots and the plastic is grippier and more flexible

Yes, we'll need to change up the format of the ace run a bit, and make it more suitable for the disc. I'm going to start with 150'-200' shots, and then shorten after each round until somebody hits the ace. Was thinking about using a short 9-hole course we installed near downtown, but they took the baskets out for possible flooding, and there are perhaps too many used needles and fresh feces on the course (basically, the river is a giant camp for people hooked on Mexican tar heroin).

I got a pre-release gold sparkle Patriot in the mail yesterday...a beauty. Very flat top, and a bit steeper nose compared to the Eagle (although the PLH is similar). But I'm not going to throw this one, it's definitely a wall disc.

I love Legacy, I look forward to occupying more of my bag with their plastic this year!
