That is the stock 1.1 stamp
The 1.1 can also be found with a Barstamp or various tourney/event stamps. A lot were used for worlds biggest in 06 I believe.
best marker for a 1.1 is the writing on the back that reads "SOF"

I believe you can also tell them by their "zipper" sound when you run your finger over the top. I have a few light 1.3's that have this sound. I'm pretty sure Steve is correct in that they were old left-over 1.1's that were stamped 1.3. They too are marked SOF on the bottom.

I have a 1.2 with the SOF marking on the bottom. Does that mean it is a 1.1 with the new stamp?

Possible. I always went by the SOF marking and the "zipper" sound.
