Innova Molds (X, L, +)

To all:

I am a bit hazy in the areas of X, L and +

Does anyone have a complete list of the variety of molds produced by Innova?

I bought a brand new Star Teebird the other day from a local shop and was labeled *T, and my buddy picked the same one up from the same shop labeled *TB.

I've also seen many variations of discs like ||Teerex, Teerex-X||Eagle, Eagle-L, Eagle-X||Wraith, Wraith-X||

And then the + molds:
Roc
XD
Teebird
Eagle
Banshee
PD
TL

But really, I want to know all of the different X and L variants!
