Anyone heard of Discraft's new ultra grip that is supposed to be a part of elite z plastic?
I tried searching on the pdga forum, but alas, all I found was a soap opera regarding player ratings; it seems locking out non-members did not solve their issues.

ultra-grip = textured spots on top like the thumb grip points on the latitude 64 putters.

discraft is trying to patent the grip spots, that dosnt effect lat 64 because theyre overseas right? ( I would hate to see lat 64 stuff get more pricey because patents now too, import tax is enough)

Are they all around the disc? Or will you have to place your thumb on that one spot?

so far looks like just two or three spots, but not all the way around. Also people are talking about it being just close to the rim while they like their thumbs more central. Oh well. Z plastic may not be grippy like dx, but I can still grip it fine in 85% of conditions, and if I cant a little toweling or spit on the thumb is plenty to get a plenty nice grip anyways.
