Bag Frame

I can't really tell from the pics but are the bottom corners rounded off or are they a normal 90 degree corner? I was wondering if it would slow the tearing of the bag down (on the bottom) if they were rounded. Just a suggestion if they are not rounded....

nice thought, two are rounded (old cuts I finished a while ago) and two are new that I havent rounded yet. I believe taking a file to them will be a good idea, thanks!

the center divider in my revo bag frame broke off... this happened to my friend, too. i think i'll just take it out and have no center divider. however, if that proves to not work out maybe i'll have to make you an offer to make me a new one...
i think the revo inner frames might be slightly crappy. i'll bet your homemade one is much stronger. sell 'em dude!

thats really aswome. Reminds me of those semi durable rubbermaid containers.

I had the center of mine so it would slide for a while, but decided to epoxy it, Its nice because I havent been changing my bag up much lately.

Can you explain how you made it? Like the materials?

hmmm. I broke down a cardboard box, cut it to size and glued it back up. Works well, cost nothing and took less than 15 minutes. I didn't throw discs all winter during wet weather, but I'm guessing if I had I would have been cutting up another box.

Suffice it to say I am envious of all your well crafted plastic frames.
