Putter Weights

I had a 160ish(forgot excatly it was last year) supersoft and I couldnt put at all with it. Now I got a 176 g z puttr and im putting alot better. The supersoft was terrible in the wind for me, but now I hardly have to worry about wind.

The more I use a Classic Roc for putting, the more I'm growing into it's style, slightly flippy, no fade. I wish I knew the weight, I need to find someone with a scale so I know around what weight to buy to replace it. I just don't like the deep rim as much on BB Aviars, it tears up my fingers on approach shots while the CR doesn't.

Well personally, my putter of choice is the JK Avair(softest blend). I can use it as a short driver, a good midrange, and it fits my putting style perfectly and it just feels good. Anyone else like this disc? I am kinda curious as to why it is never recommended. Also, why doesn't anyone recommend a super soft magnet? This is another great putter imo. I'm actually going to stop by gggt today and pick up one of each so I have something to practice with over the summer.

My favorite putter right now is the wizard; my main putter is a 175 chalky black one with no stamp.

I have a 170 e wizard that I just cant putt with though. I tried it for a fairway disc and approach, but it's not as long as my max weights.

I love the JK Avair. I have three in my bag right now. I have one 166 4X I use for putting, a 171 5X I use for approaches, and a super beat 4X I use for various trick shots. I am thinking about trying to move to wizards because they drive better but I am not sure yet, I have just had so many good shots with these discs.

I may have to experiment with lighter weight putters some. I'm getting to the point where I can make legitimate runs at the basket outside of 30' so it sounds like a lighter putter may have a beneift for me. Do you have a reason for using a 165g over a 150g Wizard for long putts? I ordered a bunch of custom discs to give out at our wedding and I have some extra 150 class Wizards and a couple of 165g glow Wizards.

150g is too light. they lift way too much and don't drop.

Maybe for you. =P 150 discs are money, especially if you use the slight nose up method (baring no headwind) to have it stall out in the desired region. I'm deadly accurate with my 150 Roc =P

i'lll take my 177+ soft magnets over any putter. the apx swirl isn't too bad but its no magnet.
