I bought two thinking the Tracker are a fast disc like the Predator.
Basically less predictable, slower, shorter, more nose angle sensitive DX Teebird/Eagle. Kind of like a Polaris LF.
$25 down the drain....

if you compare an x tracker to a newer champ eagle (el), you will see they are nearly identical.

Hm, that's a pretty good description. I love my trackers, but they overlap with my cyclones. So one of em's gotta go.

the tracker was unpredictable for me (in comparision) Some times it would flip up, some times it would flip up and turn, sometimes it would hold the hyzer
Cyclones arent any more predictable, but they are alot more versitle.

Tracker is dead straight for me a bit faster than a cyclone. In fact, I found myself looking for the one I removed this week.

I have a z tracker that i believe came from the Players Cup. Red with a silver Discraft stamp. It's a pig, almost as overstable as a Champion Eagle.
Practice, practice, practice. Especially with players that are better than you. It's one of the only ways to learn new things.

So does that mean that the EL's have more distance potential than the original E mold as it suggests on your chart at GGGT?

champ EL's have more distance potential than champ E's.
as for DX, there isn't much difference if any. the E may be longer since it will finish more predictably.

I was throwing my x tracker this week, and I still like this disc. I did notice something from others that wanted to throw it. It doesn't handle as well if you are big into hyzer and annhyzers.
I throw it flat, don't really worry about nose too much. It flies pretty straight, doesn't fade nor turn.
Maybe my style is different, but I can place it just about where I want it.
I noticed something else this week: not too many people can still throw flat (without hyzer or anny).

i can, but i rarely try to unless i absolutely have to. any error and the shot is WAY off from what i was hoping for. starting a throw anhyzer or hyzer generally reduces the variability of the outcome due to variability in its execution.
