there is a little more than just added drink holders on the bags...the backs of the 2 new bags are padded ... so there more of a deluxe version of my bags plus they take a little longer to put together

I'm very curious to see the pics when you get them up. I've got a set of quad shocks waiting for my new bag.

Lookin' good! I forsee some long hours in your future!

Is that a different kind of fabric you're using, or just some sort of weird artifacts from the picture? It almost looks like water silk, esp. the blue one.

I agree, very nice looking.

Can we get a picture or two with some discs in it?

How many discs does it hold and how much crap can I stuff in the side pockets, etc, etc, and so forth.

Those are great looking bags Chris. It looks like the main compartment has a zipper, is that for the rain flap or an additional flap?

yeah theres a zipper on either side of the main compartmenet and thats for the main flap that covers the whole top and the putter pocket ...the top is just tucked into the back pocket so its out of the way....and im still useing 1000 denier cordura the pic of the blue bag is just somthing wierd that happend with the lighting....

the kong bag holds about 21 discs
and the silverback holds about 15 discs

Chris I do see one flaw in your bags. You've already used the name Silverback and Kong... you haven't left yourself much room for expanding to bigger/better bags.

My humble suggestions:

Grape Ape- but all bags would need to be purple
Mojo Jojo- small and the turban style rain flap probably would get in the way
King Gorilla- is from an obscure cartoon (Venture Bros) but gay rights groups might love them
Curious George- always runs away when you aren't looking. plus how many disc golfers have yellow hats anyhow?

seriously though, I have a silverback on order and I'll let everyone know what I think when it gets here.

The blue Silverback I ordered from Gorilla Boy arrived Wednesday. I love that the frame is made out of corrugated plastic and some plastic plumbing. Any replacement parts for a break should be available at a hardware store. The putter pocket on mine fits two Wizards perfectly. I have 11 discs in the main compartment currently (7 tbirds/tls, 1 starfire, 2 buzzz, 1 wizzard), I will probably throw a wasp and another putter or two. I haven't played a round with this bag yet, but hope to soon. I'm very pleased with the bag, it's well designed and hopefully well built.

How much space in the side pockets?

Im still looking for a bag that will comfortably fit...say a rainjacket.
