You may be stuck with a warped disc. A while back I found a star Trex and put it in a bag with about 60 other discs. When I went to clean the discs, the Trex had been dented in the flight plate by other discs. I have worked on fixing it with some success, but there is still a slight flat spot on the flight plate. Star plastic seems stubborn and hard to manipulate. If I were you I'd leave the disc sitting on a flat surface in the sun. The plastic will become softer and the warp should go away some.
