/looks at his magic 8-ball and guesses it will be rated 1.9, thus yielding completion on the 1.5 to 2.0 range and forcing their future discs to be rated to the hundreths column if they don't fly exactly like another disc that is already rated.

Is that the one with the sticker for "added grip"? That had me slightly curious.

Is it just me, or does it look like this is a GT disc with the groove track around the edge? It looks smaller than the banger and buzz, but nonetheless looks like there is one there.

My teerexes (168 Purple, 172 Lt. Blue) don't have one either, just a smoother spot on the flight plate where the wing starts. It doesn't make a "groove" though.

they have it, it's just subtle. if you run your thumb down the flight plate there is a small groove.

i believe the teerex's have it due to the way it cooled out of the mold.

the pulse definitely was designed with it.

the teerex's have already been run in 3 or 4 diff blends, and it's more noticeable on the dryer/chalkier feeling ones. it was one of the first things i noticed the first time i held a proto back in march. it seemed most noticeable on the white and yellow ones. i just felt through a stack of 25 of them here at the shop and all of them had a small groove, but it was least noticeable on the dark blues.

btw, groove to me = goes downward and then back upward.
