sank my first throw with it today. from like 45 ft!!!!!! it performed all day for me, and its really predictable. also got a 30 ft birdie!!!! thnx to everyone who recommended this disc.

good playing with you gabe, it was fun (you're really consistent compared to me :D )

congrats, now it wont be long when you find the roc is even better when you can throw it 250' ;-) (that first one going in at that range is almost as memorable as your first ace)

yeah its gonna be that memorable for me... i didnt even have my bag my friend was on his way with it,,, i walk out and im like,' lets see this disc on approach' ..flying , flying, CHAINS :D :D :D and im gettin really close to acing two of the holes here. one i can land 5-10 ft away almost every time. i cant wait to get more power to go with the roc : }

any mold-specific pointers?

If you're having difficulties with releasing it properly, you should go back to the grip article and refresh, along with telegraphing your shot and not starting you're pull through until your plant foot is on the ground. The later 2 will cause release issues, and the grip article is to... well, refresh. =P
