I have one for trade but it is not too beat. It is actually in really nice shape and only has acouple of rounds under its belt. I could go run over it a few times. I am not positive of the weight but I pretty sure it is over 170grams. Let me know if your interested.

We have threads about cleaning discs, repairing discs and dying discs maybe it's time to round up some suggestions about how to artificially beat one in

. At least then I could being doing something with a disc through the long Canadian winter.
