Anybody know Amateur?

Postby ferretdance03 » Wed May 16, 2007 6:35 am

I made a trade with Amateur (Jon Sidell, from Manito, IL) on April 24th, and have received no disc or response as of yet.

I'm not as concerned about not getting the disc yet, as I am that he hasn't responded to any of my pm's since I told him I shipped the disc.

Anybody know Jon?

Did the trade go through? And have you heard from him recently?

I understand life goes on with or without disc golf, I just want to cover all my bases...

What do you think it means....:?:

I read an interview a while back with a top female disc golfer. Her name escapes me, but she said whenever she was setting up for a putt, she would visualize a bush in front of the basket so that she wouldn't make low putts.

I told my brother, he thought is was sorta humorous, and being a group of dirty guys, the phrase "check your bush" was appealing. It's definitely good, poignant advice, but at the same time it's a little bit dirty.

And we like that.
So an inside joke turned into our slogan, if you will.
Welcome to the inside.
