They do have a differnet team but we'll see how they do agianst the young fireballers on the tigers. I am happy to see the Yanks out so early. Looks like "The Boss" has some off season headaches to deal with.

Thats debatable, the yanks are definetly on the downslide unless they make some serious moves in the offseason (which they probably will). On the other hand the tigers have some of the best young talent in the majors. Their pitching staff is only going to get better and better, id watch out for them for years to come.

steinbrenner is going senile in his old age, everyone in the league hates cashman, their "team" is nothing more that its own all-star roster. you just cant win baseball without team chemistry. the yanks are mercenaries, buisnessmen, but not a team. baseball needs a salary cap, i think it would be a good step in boosting the sport from the grave
