Here's my interpretation:

Don't be a dick for the sake of being a dick...this site isn't about personal grievances.
Don't make drug references that are so overt that they couldn't possibly be interpreted any other way--especially in a thread title or somewhere else super obvious...drugs are illegal and I'm sure in some way Blake is probably responsible for content and never wants to have to answer any "questions" from any sort of authority. I can't blame him for at least having proof that he has made that a clear parameter.

The rules protect us (and Blake) from "The Man".

i was mainly joking about the man but i did always kind of like the fact that DGR had a good enough community that we didnt need rules posted and could effectively police ourselves in most cases

By policing, do you mean we'll ridicule and make fun of someone until they leave?

Their injectable marinades are the bomb too. Last Thanksgiving we used the Creole Butter Injection in our turkey and then fried it. That was some damn good eating.
If the object of disc golf were to hit trees, I'd be 1100 rated.

Good lord...I go away for a weekend and miss everything. Somebody PM me the Cliff notes.

I missed the last one that spilled over from the PDGA site as well. I miss all the good stuff.

Ok, back to food. Florida grouper is supposed to be great. IME it kind of sucks. I've tried it all kinds of places multiple times and its never been good. I suspect at several of the places I've been served some other fish in disguise. When I knew it was grouper, it still wasn't that good. Tasted kind of fishy, which good fish should never taste like. I'll have to try some that I see come off the boat to ever really solidify my opinion. I can vouch for Fl redfish and mahi. Very good stuff...
