It's not a spoiler is it? I just got it over the weekend and have been getting some time in here and there.

Wii fit!!!
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

I'm almost done with Assassin's Creed, but reading the reviews and watching videos/screenshots of AC2 is making it hard to keep playing. Must resist urge to run out and buy...my wife is getting it for me as an early Xmas present in 2 weeks. I'm buying her Super Mario Wii. Anyone here played AC2 yet? Its like a cross between AC1 and GTA with a little RPG thrown in.

Ha! I just called my wife and talked her into getting our presents "early" (today) since I am injured and can't play my tournament this weekend. So now we have the two games mentioned above and I traded NCAA '10 for Madden '10.

some call me...tim? wrote:Now that daylight saving time is officially upon us, and the weather is going to get crappier, I'm getting in the mood for video games again. I finally got around to finishing Mass Effect last night, and that game was pretty damn cool. I suppose I could play through the campaign again as a different character, but I'm not that hardcore into it, so am looking for something new to play.

I'm pretty damn casual when it comes to gaming, don't really do any online play, but like most genres of games, except sports games, and only play the rare FPS (I enjoyed Halo and Bioshock). Oh yeah, I have a somewhat aging but relatively functional computer and a 360 that's been collecting dust lately. There are a couple newer games that caught my eye like Dragon Age and Batman Arkham Asylum, but I'm casual (and cheap) enough that I'd rather buy something older, or on sale, than pay full price for a new game.

Anybody have recommendations?

a little late on the reply, I know...

1. Keep your mass effect save files. when mass effect 2 comes out you get to carry over your character and the events that happened in ME1.

2. If you liked mass effect, you're pretty much guaranteed to like Dragon Age.

3. As for FPS games, I'd recommend Borderlands and the Orange Box (HL2 is one of the best games I have ever played, hands down), and L4D2 if you start to become a fan of Valve (Counter strike, Half Life/HL2, Team Fortress 1/2, L4D1, etc)

4. I'd recommend Brutal Legend to anyone who enjoys metal music and Jack Black. Very nicely done exploration game in the vein of Fable.

Heh, I have the same Problem. I'm on the last kill mission and i'm trying not to hurry my way through it but I REALLY want to play the sequel. Remember the end of the first one is supposedly a cliff hanger story wise, so you really NEED to finish the first one.
I am dumb.

I know dammit...I'm trying to finish the first one right now and I won't let myself put the second one it the machine until I do.

Hell yeah I just beat Assassin's Creed! Now I can play number 2...My hands are sore from serious button mashing...counter kill, counter kill, counter kill...That ending was sweet and once I beat the last level and got into the surprises I never died. It made me feel like a badass!
