I thoroughly enjoyed Assassin's Creed, but the second installment is blowing it away. Its like GTA in renaissance Italy. I'm still just exploring and mugging people, so I haven't even gotten into many missions yet, but the open ended gameplay is incredibly addictive. I've almost forgotten about my bum ankle and the fact that I'm missing a tournament (plus its 50something and rainy and windy...not sure I'm really missing anything)!

I grabbed a copy of Torchlight. I have been waiting for it to go on sale since I played the demo. I just wish it had multi!

I'm from MI and I've played every day through many winters. When the weather was shitty every day I'd just have to man up because I loved to play. The weather is so nice down here in sunny FL that the few shitty days we have each year I have no problem sitting out since I play most every day. There's always responsibilities and other interests to take a day off and work on. Its just not worth dealing with miserable conditions when you don't have to. Hell, that's a big reason WHY I moved down here to begin with. I love it down here, especially this time of year as I hear others complain about the weather some way or another in just about every thread. 8)

i should have posted this a few days ago, but if you game on PC at all, Steam has been having daily deals in addition to regular deals active till Jan 3rd.

Some awesome games dirt cheap...I bought Braid, World of Goo, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl for about 10 bucks total a few days back

I'm way behind on video games but I am loving SF4, just got it for the 360. Also it is really hard.

LOL, when I finally got a 360 a month ago those were the 2 games I got as well. Played Forza for a few hours and them tried mw2 and haven't stopped playing it yet, online play is amazing if you mute everyone other than your friends list so you don't have to hear some 13 year old tell you how bad you are for not dodging that noon toob he just shot 3/4 the way across the map...but I digress.

I also just got mass effect and fallout 3, but have not touched them yet let us know when you get a live gt
