Photoshop Help

I need an image cleaned up using Photoshop or another similar program. This is something I'm going to have printed and matted for my mom for her birthday (she loves birds and power tools). I just need the lines cleaned up a bit. Probably printing it at around 5'x7'.

Also, if anyone has any tips about printing something to make it look like a "professional" print, let me know. Zam, I'm looking in your direction....
