South Parks writing keeps getting better and better. Cartoons and News is all I watch. My other vote would be for Squid Billies.

Out of those on the list, definitely South Park. It just keeps getting better and it wasn't bad to start with.

But out of all the animated TV series I've seen, hard to say, it's a toss up between Neon Genesis Evangelion (End of Evangelion included and substituting the last two episodes) and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. If HiNaKo had better production values (it's UUUUUUUUUUUUUGLEEH at times) it'd probably take the pot, but as it stands they're about even.

Honorable mentions go to Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, Initial D, Major and Zipang.

I went with Futurama and King of the Hill.

Sleeper favorite = Home Movies though - Coach McGuirck is like one of my all time favorite characters from any animated show.
