Now that Jack has stepped up to be the new island guardian, I'm guessing that Ben double crosses the Smoke Monster and takes over as the new eternal nemesis.

Of course, there are going to be major twists and turns, so that could be too obvious.

I still have no clue what's going to happen with the alternate reality.
