Webhost for art portfolio

A friend of mine is going to start up a site to host her art portfoilo on and is looking to find a good combination of cheap+reliable. It's going to be both images and videos so she'll need fairly good bandwith and since she may use it in job interviews or other important things it needs to not have a tendency (like some hosts like Bluehost do) to crap out at times. Any good suggestions?

Carbonmade seems pretty good.
Go to my site in my sig, and then look to the right for VERMILLIONAIRE GRAPHIX.
Friend has his stuff hosted there. I think it's free. It's pretty nice.
I haven't messed with my site in a while, but I like how it's set up for image hosting. It's thru Solty.
