I'm not sure how I feel about Özil. for most of the match I was wishing for Ballack to come back (yeah Özil looked that bad). but then he put one in and I kinda forgave him. I think the Fussballbund needs to do some rearranging. Ghana did come out swinging.

Man the Refs must really hate the US squad. that makes 2 disallowed goals for us. England still looks shakey. but I will watch the DE/EN match.

I really want to see Italy get bumped.

No they didn't take him for the World Cup. He did contribute to the 4 goals against the US in the Confederations Cup. looks like they should have brought him along after all.

well it's all over with. La Aburria Roja won scoring only 8 goal in the whole tournament; 8 goals. I guess my coaches were always right; defense wins championships.

still the Uruguay/Deutschland match was much more entertaining.

Agreed. Championship match was pretty boring. 10 minutes from the end of overtime and I'm getting excited that we get to see a shoot off and Spain goes and scores. /sigh.
