Gore FX makeup. Flaying tool?

so my ex (whom I'm still great friends with) wants to use me as a model for some of her goretastic endeavours.

what she wants to do to me is to take a picture of my hand with an incision along the top of the wrist and the skin being peeled down toward the fingers, revealing the musculature beneath. obviously she's not actually going to dice me up, it's a makeup effect.

NOW here's my question for you. what kind of twisted hand weapons/tools/whatnot can you think of that could be pictured alongside the hand, showing what did the deed?
I suggested a standard scalpel and forceps to her, but she wants something less sterile/surgical looking and more grim/twisted.

my other ideas are:
-karambit
- scalpel with #12 blade
-woodboard saw

can any of you sick minds out there come up with some other ideas?

Just go to the stall of the chinese guy who sells cheap knives at the flea market. There are tons of scary looking (albeit useless) knives there.

oops, didn't mean to leave the "just" in that sentence, that made it come off sounding a little snippy which was not the case.

Anyway it is really funny how that dude is so universal

actually, I think I would have found it more snippy/condescending if you had said "Go to the" rather than "Just go to the".

"just go" makes it feel more lackadaisical, like "ehh just do this, it's simple enough" as opposed to "GO TO THE CHINA MAN!"
