I know this is a dead thread... but I recommend getting a gym membership and a friend to go with. Then plan a time to meet that person out there everyday, that way if you don't show up or cancel you'll feel like you;'re letting someone down so you'll be less likely to skip out.
If you end up getting into it eventually you'll probably rather go by yourself but having someone depend on you is a good way to keep yourself accountable. at least it worked for me 6 years ago.... Now I hate missing a single day of training.
