whats the most you've ever spent on a disc? what kind? do you throw it?

i spend ~ $25 for my backup CE discs....lil more...lil less. The most i spent on discs was split with my aunt when we bought my uncle 1-8 of the Glow Midnite Flyers....i think we paid 275 each ($550) for the 8 discs.

I bought a CFR Wraith as an impulse buy when I was ordering some other discs, but it was only a buck or two more than regular Champion plastic. I never really jived with the Wraith, so I don't throw it.

the whitler is the most expensive disc I have ever paid for.

scratch that, i spent 20$ once on an esp avenger when i threw a ton of avengers, and the esp was only a fundraiser disc, it was well worth it. got 3 more of the fundraiser ones in the used bin a week later for 8$ a pop.

I think I paid around $35 or so for my Ron Russell Z Comets. I throw 1 and have 2 stashed away.

I've spent $25 on the USDGC Rocs, I've bought some InnColor fundraisers for $25, and I've also spent $25 on hukLab dyed discs.

With shipping, I spent about $27 for a KC 10x Aviar. But I now have 4 of those, for if I ever decide to switch back to Aviars.

About $25 for me too. It's very rare for me to spend more than $12, most of the disc I've bought over the years were $7 or less.

I have sold a number of discs on eBay for $30-60 each and I sold a 2001 ce roc for $187. I thought it was a good deal for a disc I won in a tournament until about two weeks later when I saw an 01 ce roc go for $325.

I just remembered that I spent $35 for a patent pending Aviar for my dad's birthday. So that would be the most.

Speaking of my dad, he's spent quite a bit on some stuff in his collection. He has a couple original Pluto Platters, mint condition still in the original wrapping. He also has several original Frisbie pie tins, so I guess those were probably some big bucks.
